3. Our actions for an accessible website
In line with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) directive, we work across the three pillars of accessibility—design, content, and code—to continuously improve our digital channels.

We follow the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), which define the international standards for making web content accessible to people with various types of disabilities (visual, motor, cognitive, hearing).
