Trenord operates regional, suburban and airport trains connecting 460 stations across Lombardy through an extensive rail network. Every day, the regional railway operator runs 2,400 services connecting Milan with Lombardy’s provincial capitals, industrial districts and business hubs, as well as cities of art, the region’s great lakes and mountain destinations. Every day, 790,000 passengers use these services for work, study and personal needs, as well as to reach leisure and sports destinations.
Rho Fiera Milano station is served by 270 regional and suburban trains every day, providing direct connections between the exhibition district and Milan, Varese, Novara, Domodossola, Como and Treviglio. Fieramilano is also connected by rail to Malpensa International Airport. With the Malpensa Express RE51 Gallarate–Malpensa Airport–Milano Centrale service, passengers can reach the exhibition district with a change in Milan or Gallarate.
Trenord operates 470 daily services at Milano Domodossola Fiera station, just a short walk from MiCo. The station can be reached directly by train from Milan, Varese, Laveno, Novara, Como, Asso and Saronno. It is also served by Malpensa Express RE54 services between Milano Cadorna and Malpensa Airport, connecting the airport with Milan city centre.

For those wishing to discover Lombardy, Trenord also offers “Gite in treno”, an initiative combining train travel with cultural, artistic, leisure and sporting experiences. These include boat trips on the lakes, trekking routes, visits to cultural landmarks, days out at major theme parks on Lake Garda and journeys aboard heritage trains.
