A non-competitive cycle ride through the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, featuring tastings of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore PDO

“Prosecco Cycling” is a non-competitive cycling event covering approximately 100 km through the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene – Prosecco PDO, recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This year’s edition will take place on Sunday 27 September 2026 and includes three timed climbs; this year also sees the introduction of a ‘minimum time’ rule: anyone arriving before 11.40 am (start at 8.30 am) will be excluded from the rankings, to encourage a leisurely pace and the enjoyment of the scenery.

Open to a maximum of 3,000 participants aged between 18 and 76 on any type of bicycle, the route features numerous gourmet stops – tiramisu in Refrontolo, prosecco and scampi in San Pietro di Feletto, tripe in Col San Martino, and Spiedo dell’Alta Marca in Villa dei Cedri – as well as medical and mechanical assistance, showers and secure bike parking. Every finisher receives a cork artwork by the artist Mario Castellese.
