REAL LIFE – Music in Presence
Not a traditional recital, but a contemporary ritual of listening: a solo piano concert-performance by Mimosa Campironi.
A project where original writing, variation, and improvisation coexist in open forms, responding to the performer’s body, the space, and the presence of the audience.
The piano becomes physical, narrative, and visual matter; breath, resonance, silence, and movement become part of the work. Each performance retains a recognizable structure, yet happens only once and can never be repeated in quite the same way.
The preview performance on September 24 marks the first public act of the REAL LIFE album project, forthcoming on La Tempesta Dischi.
MIMOSA CAMPIRONI
Mimosa Campironi is an Italian musician, composer, songwriter and actress. A graduate of the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan and the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome, she works across music, theatre and performance. She has released two albums with La Tempesta Dischi and created music and theatrical works presented at venues including the Venice Biennale.
